Aaron verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich API- und Biotechnologie-CQV-Ausführung, Projektleitung und Projektmanagement bei der Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierung und Validierung, modernster biopharmazeutischer Entwicklungs- und Produktionsanlagen. Seine Erfahrung umfasst die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von sowohl kurz- als auch langfristiger Inbetriebnahme-, Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprogrammen für Projekte mit einem Wert von bis zu 250 Mio. USD. Aaron hat für mehrere US-amerikanische und multinationale Unternehmen weltweit, technische und Compliance-Beratungsleistungen erbracht, CQV-Gesamtpläne entwickelt, CGMP-Audits durchgeführt, CFR 21 Teil 11 Beurteilungen sowie CQV-Projektpläne und Umsetzungsstrategien ausgeführt.
